ORGANIC CHEDDAR BLOCK| 200G
This cheese is produced according to traditional cheddar making techniques. It has a moist and creamy texture and a delicate yet full flavour. According to the cheese-maker, the organic milk produces a particularly sweet and clean tasting cheese. Our cheddar is matured for at least 6 months before being released and is made using vegetarian rennet. It makes a cracking cheese toastie, especially when combined with a good organic sourdough.

ORGANIC SHREDDED CHEDDAR | 140G
Our finest organic cheddar, aged around 6 months has been sent through the shredder for our customers’ convenience. Packed in a convenient tub with a lid for resealing so it can keep longer. The perfect way to enjoy our shredded cheddar is in your sandwiches, in a traditional macaroni cheese or on top of your kid’s favourite pasta. Enjoy the clumsy, gooey richness.
