Our ‘biscuits for your belly’ have been designed by our very own naturopath & nutritionist. All of the ingredients were specifically chosen with pregnant mums & their little ones in mind.

Fibre, Omega 3, iron, calcium, B vitamins and zinc are just some of the nutrients pregnant mums & babies need, so we have ensured our Bumpers are full of ingredients naturally high in these. A true ‘functional food’.

Our Bumpers also contain ginger which has been used for many years to assist with nausea.

We recommend you nourish yourself with 2-3 Bumpers per day. Whilst pregnant, we know that what you put in your body is so important so you won’t see any additives, preservatives, colours or artifical nasties. Only real stuff. Wholefoods.
