Description

Cloves are the dried flower buds of a tree belonging to the myrtle family. Our certified organic cloves can be used to flavour stocks and sauces and are great in preserves or pickles. Organic cloves add a wonderful flavour to ham if pressed into the scored skin before baking. Add to syrups when poaching fruit.
