A delicious authentic Italian Pasta made with the ancient grain Senatore Cappelli an ancestor of the modern durum wheat. The grain Senatore Cappelli is an ancient grain with a delightful flavour. It’s flavour is very authentic and exquisite as it has not been manipulated by modern agriculture for increased yields.

This organic pasta has been slow dried at low temperature and bronze extruded providing a nutritious and tasty pasta that will retain pasta sauces.
