Traditional Japanese broth with a beautiful “Umami” flavour.
The natural broth is produced with selected bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms and kelp. Seasoned with Organic White Soy Sauce which gives a richer taste than regular soy sauce without darkening the colour of the ingredients.
Ideal for soups, stews, dressings, dipping sauce for tempura/noodles.
