Gouda needs no introduction, especially to kids. Paris Creek Farms Bio-dynamic Gouda is made with care from the highest quality bio-dynamic organic milk. The result is a firm cheese that’s creamy in texture that changes its colour over time from light yellow to deep golden. When fully matured, the cheese develops a rich aroma and a slightly sweet flavour.
