Symons Haloumi Cheese
This cheese is produced at our new factory in Mortlake, Victoria. Made with rich creamy milk from our farmers in Western Victoria this cheese is moderately salted and moist with a creamy texture. With its high melting point it is delicious grilled on a frypan with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon on top.
Ingredients: Australian organic milk (98%), salt, non-animal rennet
